We seek businesses with the following characteristics:

• Minimum EBITDA of $4 million up to $25 million
• Privately held (including spin-offs from public companies) or closely held public companies
• Strong management with successful track records
• Strong market position/franchise
• High return on capital employed in the business

We will also consider operational turnarounds where we have industry expertise and/or can supplement the management team.
