While we typically partner with existing owners, we have also backed management teams seeking to acquire a business. We will also make non-control and growth capital investments.

Our principals have been investing at Arcade and at prior firms since the 1980s and have broad experience and contacts across many industries. We make a significant investment in each company, alongside several institutional and family offices with whom we have long-term relationships. This structure provides us and our portfolio companies with significant flexibility in determining appropriate holding periods for each investment.
